We believe, as a NGO, we can compliment education institutions in creating specific practical climate change related social research program to allow students and young professionals in their spare time to add significant value and contribute to the society growth.

The establishment of our NextGen Leaders program is aimed to provide our next generation young professional a platform of engaging issues that is crucial for our future society and we believe that our future society can be a promising one if we accept a youth perspective. It is critical, we believe, to have young professional minds to constantly sharpen their insights, experience and analysis of important world issues in any field to develop skills of evaluation and discernment. This approach once known as “critical thinking “is important for them throughout their lives and careers.

The NCSD NextGen platform addressing sustainability is part of an interested group of issues and people worldwide that encourages up front and a close look at technical and policy ideas now in their infancy that many years from now will be common place.

Enlightened critical thinking with a global view, developing analytical skills and completing practical tasks build character and insight.

The NCSD program can not only produce NextGen leaders but also to contribute their positive energy into the most critical issue facing the world today and generationally into the future: “Climate Change”.
